Assisted Living
The assisted living development at Hutton compliments the design of the care home but retains its own individuality within the overall concept of the site wide design.
Intended as independent apartments which offer care if required, the 55 separate apartments offer a variety of 1 and 2 bedroom choices, along with 9 penthouse apartments enjoying far reaching views across the locale. There will be a variety of communal spaces for the residents to meet and socialise in, including a cinema, hairdressing salon, treatment room, and a bar with an impressive see through wall aquarium in the entrance foyer.
Again constructed out of a concrete frame on four floors, this building also has a 20,000 sq ft basement car park into which it is hoped we will be able to introduce some further facilities for the benefit of the future residents.
