Savista Developments celebrates topping out at its latest development for Hallmark Care Homes

Friday 4th February marked a major milestone for construction company and later living specialist Savista Developments, with the topping out at a new 74-bed Hallmark Care Home in Angmering, West Sussex, known as Angmering Grange.

The site’s construction team were joined by Hallmark Care Homes’ chief operating officer, Aneurin Brown, Chair of Angmering Parish Council Nikki Hamilton-Street and several local councillors to mark the next stage of the build.

As part of the special event, the last roof tile was officially laid by Nikki Hamilton-Street. Guests then enjoyed refreshments nearby and a presentation from Savista Development’s interior design team, Hallmark Care Homes regional hospitality manager and regional dementia practitioner.
