We are delighted to announce that we are recruiting for five senior positions as part of our long-term expansion plan.

We launched Savista Developments in September 2019 and we currently build and fit out the next generation of Hallmark’s Care Homes and Santhem Residences retirement villages. We are seeking a Head of Technical, Head of Planning, Head of Commercial, Head of Construction, and Marketing Manager to support our planned growth.

The majority of the new sites in the pipeline are in and around London and the South East, and there are currently a number of outstanding projects ranging from class leading care homes for Hallmark to exceptional retirement village schemes combining assisted living and care homes together, being delivered for Santhem Residences, the later living lifestyle company within the Hallmark family group.

Successful candidates for the positions will be offered the opportunity to work in a team of professionals who have between them over 1,000 years’ experience of property development and construction, and are regarded as some of the leading specialists in the healthcare construction marketplace. The opportunities are open to individuals who have the passion and enthusiasm to work in the construction for care industry.
