We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for Project of the Year (up to £10 million) at the National Building and Construction Awards 2021, for Hutton View Care Home that we developed on behalf of sister company Hallmark Care Homes.
Project of the year
Hutton View is located near Brentwood in Essex, is our latest state-of-the-art care home that we have completed. The 77-bedroom home for residential and dementia care was officially opened in October 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is believed to be the UK’s first care home launched virtually, using a live stream to give residents and their families a virtual tour and answer questions.

The winner will be revealed on Thursday 18th November. All finalists are key influencers in design and build and we are pleased this awards ceremony recognises the hardworking and enterprising building and construction businesses across the UK.
Savista was very successful at this award ceremony earlier this year, for the 2020 awards, scooping two titles for our first build Henley Manor, on behalf of Hallmark Care Homes. We hope for the same success this year. Good luck to all the finalists!
